TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of Nordic Nail Academy. The seller is Sandra Sirvydė, operating under Individual Activity Certificate No. 1505002 at V. Putvinskio g. 45, LT-44243 Kaunas, Lithuania.

1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Nordic Nail Academy sells digital educational PDF courses and online 1-on-1 consultations. Product descriptions, prices and included materials are shown on the relevant product page. No physical product is shipped unless expressly stated.

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied at checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Prices and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order where required to prevent fraud, comply with law, correct an obvious pricing error or address product unavailability. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded as required by law.

3. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital course PDFs are delivered automatically to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and checking spam or junk folders. If delivery fails, contact nordicnailacademy@gmail.com with your order number.

4. LICENCE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Course materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Purchase grants the individual customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal learning only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload, publish or commercially exploit the materials, except where mandatory law permits. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. CONSULTATION BOOKING
After purchasing a 1-on-1 consultation, email nordicnailacademy@gmail.com from the address used for the order and include the order number, time zone and preferred dates and times. We will reply within 2 business days to confirm the appointment and provide the video-call link. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

6. WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Withdrawal and refund rights are described in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights. Immediate supply of digital content and early performance of a service require any consent and acknowledgement mandated by applicable law.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the website or materials unlawfully.

8. ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to keep course and website information accurate and available. We may correct errors and make non-material improvements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access where disruption results from maintenance, internet services, third-party platforms or events outside our reasonable control.

9. LIABILITY
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer guarantees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Educational materials and consultations provide general professional education and do not guarantee any specific business, income or career result.

10. PRIVACY
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Consumers should first contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue. Lithuanian consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, Lithuania, https://vvtat.lrv.lt.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms for legal, operational or service-related reasons. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
